Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your DriveNova account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it — choose whichever is easier for you.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (immediate)

Open the DriveNova app.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
In the confirmation dialog, tap Delete Account again.

Your account and personal information are then permanently deleted straight away, and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Send an email to support@drivenova.ai
Use the subject line “Delete my account.”
Include the name and phone number / email registered on your account so we can verify you.

What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently delete your account and the personal information associated with it, including:

Your profile details (name, email address, phone number).
Your account credentials.
Personal data that is no longer required once your account is closed.

What may be retained, and why

For legal and safety reasons, a limited amount of information is kept after your account is deleted:

Booking history is retained for legal and safety purposes.
Identity records are retained in a restricted archive for 3 years for legal compliance, and are then securely deleted.

This is consistent with our Privacy Policy (see “Data Retention”).

How long it takes

Deleting from the app (Option 1) takes effect immediately. If you request deletion by email (Option 2), we will process it within 30 days of verifying your request and confirm by email.
